SELF-ESTEEM, INNER CONFIDENCE and BEAUTY

What I have realize after watching this video is that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". It's not about how you view yourself negatively, It is what the other say to you positively. And I've learned that I should have full confidence of how I look, because It affects myself, my views, my goals and the others who close to me. I should talk about my positive sides not the negative one, because it helps me feel better and comfortable when I talk to someone unaware of how I look or what she think of me. I also realise that I should boost my self-esteem in order to talk to others with confidence.
